TRANSLATION WORKFLOW PROCESS
1. Request a free quote via email:
Send scanned documents via email with a brief description of nature/purpose of the document and deadline.
2. We send you a cost estimate based on word count (source text), complexity, length and urgency of the document. Quote is accepted and Payment is processed (Credit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer).
3. Project is confirmed and the document is translated in the target language. Editing & Proofreading.
4. Quality assurance review according to global industry standards for translation and review for accuracy, fluency, intelligibility.
5. Translation is completed. Translated document is delivered via email and/or hard copy originals posted to you via Australia Post.

Requested deadline (standard translation time is 3-4 days or less depending on the nature & size of the document; Express service is also available).
